You will be working as Internship - Social media and Employer Branding (12 Month Contract),
and will be the part of Global Business Services for HR Expert Services Division based in, Modderfontein, South Africa.
In this role you will be reporting to Talent Acquisition & Advancement Manager will be responsible to play a vital role in the Talent Acquisition & Talent Advancement function, partnering with the Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition team to provide ideas, create content and exciting stories to help engaging the right talents on our social media and Digital platforms.
What You Will Do
- Create engaging content for our social media careers accounts on regular basis (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter among others).
- Create captivating copy for our social media content.
- Develop new innovative ideas and concepts to communicate to our target groups on social media.
- Run end to end small scale social media campaigns, tracking results and reporting on improvement.
- Community Management on selected digital channels.
- Possibility to be exposed to design tasks with relevant training.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Bachelor’s, Honor’s or master’s degree in Communications/Media/Marketing related fields.
- Less than 2 years of experience.
- Previous study/work experience with social media is an asset.
- Passion for storytelling, finding the “spark” in everybody’s story.
- Ability to network and work in virtual teams.
- Knowledge of design tools (e.g. Adobe InDesign).
- Very good communication skills, strong customer service orientation.
- Self-driven, resilient, energetic and inclusive.
