Graduate Assistant Environmental Consultant

The Programme 

AECOM is recruiting self-motivated, proactive and high caliber individual to join our team to provide professional services to both our local and international clients.

What You Will Do 

  • Carry out building sustainability and microclimate studies (MCS) including computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations, air ventilation assessments (AVA), energy simulation, natural and artificial lighting simulations, etc.
  • Undertake green building certification projects. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

  • Degree holder or above in Environmental / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering, Environmental Science, or related subjects.
  • Good knowledge of Green Building certification schemes such as BEAM Plus, LEED, WELL, CGBL; CFD modelling; carbon study is preferred.
  • BEAM/LEED accreditation (BEAM Affiliate, LEED AP, etc.) is preferred.
  • Good team player with strong influencing, planning and organizing skills.
  • Be able to work independently with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin. Good command of Putonghua would be an advantage.
