Coordinate quality claim and return process with Quality team and logistics.
What You Will Do
- Response the customer inquiries for part, service and cleaning related.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and e-mail.
- Perform day to day Quotation, Order and Delivery process.
- Perform the billing process to collet AR.
- Shipment tracking and part expedition status monitoring.
- Escalate customer requirements not being met.
- Interface with internal stakeholders to get supporting from cross functional team.
- Manage backlog to minimize aged one.
- Develop understanding of customer requirements and relationship with customers.
- Process the operation based on work instruction/Policy/training document.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Above BA/BS or equivalent level.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 0-3 years of related experience. Preferably in a high volume in take, customer ticket, Contact center environment.
- Fluent English skill.
- SAP SD Module experience preferred.
- Outstanding organizational skills & interpersonal skills.
- Mature individual and able to deal with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
