Over the course of the Arup Graduate Development Program as a graduate, you will have the opportunity to complete a variety of customised training modules.

You will spend time in these workshops with your graduate peers, from a variety of different disciplines, building fundamental business and communication skills aimed at developing staff into well-rounded professionals.

The Arup Graduate Development Program comprises a number of both compulsory and optional training modules. Specialist technical training will also be provided in a number of areas as determined and organised by your specific group.

What you will do

As a Graduate we will support you in developing the key knowledge and skills that will allow you to provide high quality consultancy advice. This will take the form of undertaking analytical research alongside quantitative and qualitative analysis across a range of business contexts. Your structured career plan and development program will assist you in attaining the desired level of knowledge and skills.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree in IT / Engineering / Analytics degree. A postgraduate qualification would be preferable.
  • Internships / one to two years of experience in the field of Digital / IT work. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Be able to design and deliver IT / engineering solutions on projects.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines is essential.
  • Supporting the firm’s compliance in maintaining ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
