    Practical Experience will include:

    • Process performance improvement and optimisation projects

    A two year program exposing you to various technical and commercial environments within the fishing industry; where you will gain experience in fishing trawlers and processing operations. You will get involved in several optimization projects as well as other strategic initiatives across the business.
