What You Will Do 

• Process Staff Claim 
• Process supplier invoices 
• Prepare payment proposal 
• Creation/update of customer database 
• Verification of supplier creation/updates 
• Reconcile Supplier's statement of accounts 
• Review & Create Jobs in Accpac 
• Review of outstanding GRNs. 
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation 
• Adhoc assignment 
• Verification & data input of project engineer timesheets 
• Printing of PJC reports
• Check OT form   

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Diploma in Accountancy
