Customer Service Platform Team:
The Customer Service Platform (CSP) team is responsible for the integration of the product technology resources of the company's internal customer service system. Our mission is to provide users with efficient self-service solutions and provide agents with convenient tools so as to improve customer service experience.
What You Will Do
- Build and manage a small team of system software engineers working on recommendation systems.
- Provide technical leadership to drive all phases of customer service system architecture iteration.
- Work with TikTok cross-functional teams on delivering key results.
- Provide team guidance, regular feedback, education, coaching and mentoring.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Final year or recent graduate with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Prior internship experience in programming languages (ie. Java, C/C++, Go, Python) is a plus.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Redis/MySQL/Elasticsearch/Druid/Spark Streaming.
- Experience working on distributed cloud services.
- Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and their time and space performance.
- Experience working in customer service/ops systems is preferred.
- Good understanding of large-scale backend service design is preferred.
