What You Will Do

  • Leveraging data and analyses to land business insights, align strategies, and scale the business. Your insights will drive incubation and growth for some of the newest and most innovative offerings in the ByteDance portfolio.
  • You will drive improvements to the team's reporting tools, methods, and processes to increase the availability and granularity of actionable data to their customers.
  • Manage the administration and execution of the sales targets, including segmentation of business goals, measurement of goal attainment, evolving and driving various demand generation campaigns, and proposing improvements to the business to increase its effectiveness in driving desired results.
  • Day to day sales operations management, including quota alignment, to draft incentive plans, promotion program approval, business process diagnosis, sales training, sales territory/clients conflict management. Optimize sales processes for priority customers, reduce friction, and provide professional advice to sales leaders. 

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Final year student or recent graduate of any discipline from a reputable university.
  • Prior sales operation internship experience in tech enterprise firms is a plus.
  • Hands-on and able to comfortably work with models and data; detail-oriented and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Interest in developing and streamlining strategies for cross regional/multinational sales organization.
  • Exhibits sound business judgment, ability to influence others, analytical skills, and a track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results.
  • Great logical and data sensitivity, business intelligence experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English; professional-level fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
