Aiming to develop high-caliber individuals with the drive to contribute to and align personal objectives with the Bank’s growth, the 36-month MT Program lays a solid foundation for all round development and paves a progressive pathway to successful career. 

Program Structure 

• All round training 
• Cross Department Rotation 
• Mentorship and coaching 
• Exposure to Overseas & Mainland Markets 
• After the initial training, ongoing training and development opportunities will also be provided.

• Private Banking / Wealth Management 
• Corporate Banking 
• Global Markets 
• Finance 

*Candidates who apply for Management Trainee Program will be also considered applying for Young Talent Program. 

Requirements 

• Proactive, self-motivated and good team player 
• Excellent communication and analytical skills 
• Strong passions to develop career in banking profession 
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua 
• Master’s Degree or above from an accredited university
