After nourishing development in the 18-month program, candidates should be equipped with substantial knowledge and experience to pave their way to banking specialists in various business areas or profession.

• Proactive, self-motivated and good team player 
• Excellent communication and analytical skills 
• Strong passions to develop career in banking profession 
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua 
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university 
• Graduates of any disciplines are invited, preferably in STEM
