Data Analyst - Admin

What You Will Do

Data Analyst:

• Data Analysis, extraction and management.
• Monitoring and improving data quality.
• Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns with data sets.
• Handling of data maintenance, data interpretation, data measurement - Data input, including creation, updates, and deletion.
• Handling of data maintenance, data interpretation, data measurement - Data input, including creation, updates, and deletion.
• Major KPI management in MBK, Region, Dealer support.
• Maintain data quality and compliance.

Marketing Campaign Support:

• Marketing campaign support - Marketing/CS/Sales campaign support for data.
• Customer Journey Management support - SFDC Marketing Cloud admin & data support.
• Provide the meaningful data insights to respective Business Unit.
• Enablement of data collection, Authorization of reports, Visualize data and insights.
• Develop data lake as flexible data source for all customer-related analysis.
• Work with HQ and External Supplier (Publicis Email) for continuous data analysis improvement. 

Business Partner Alignment and Communication:

• HQ/Region, CoC - Periodic/adhoc communications for alignment and problem solving.
• Internal teams (Sales/ Marketing/CS/CCC/ relevant teams).
• Dealers - Dealer standard report.
• Steering Agency, CCC and suppliers. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• 4 year university graduate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Automotive related majors preferred. 

Experience:

• 2 years of experience in data analytic processes and tools, preferably in auto or luxury retail industry.
• Salesforce (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud), SQL knowledge preferred. 

Specific Knowledge:

• Strong operational skill with attention to details.
• Good at playing with numbers and statistics with strong OA(MS Excel) skill.
• Excellent communication skills both Korean and English (verbal, written and presentation).
