The Programme

Responsible to manage translate channel to communicate with Global Translation HUB - Training Quality and Success Management. 

What You Will Do

Execution of Technical Material Translation:

  • Translate technical training material for local program.
  • Supervise the machine translated training materials.
  • Collaborate with Digital Learning Manager to align business objectives with digital learning strategy.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (GT LS) and create the training course on GT LS according to ITP (International Training Program).
  • Manage training evaluation feedback and analysis.
  • Manage training participants and attendance list.
  • Make official training invitation and send it out to dealer.
  • Support to develop new training methods and use various media to convey training contents effectively. 

Retail Career Management Program:

  • Contact with Learning Coordinators or/and Trainees to support on operational support of training programs.
  • Interactive discussion with training administrator for the training management. 

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Minimum B.A. degree/B.A. degree in Business Administration or/and Education preferred.
  • English proficiency in business context level.
