Responsibilities

  • Support intern recruitment, including post job vacancies, screen CVs, conduct phone interview & group interview, arrange function interview and follow up recruitment status
  • Support HR Manager to reduce team manual work and improve efficiency
  • Coordinate and/or conduct newcomer orientation
  • Help team leader to communicate with team members and other teams in diverse programs
  • Other operational work, such as book meeting rooms, maintaining databases on a regular basis, etc.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor degree or above major in HR, Administration or Psychology
  • Fluent English both in writing and speaking
  • Detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with Intercultural competence
  • Previous working and internship experience in HR department in multinational company is a plus
