Join us as an Account Manager Intern on our Inside Sales team in Casablanca to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact. As an Account Manager Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales team to achieve their business goals for Mid-Market, France.
What You Will Do
- Working with sales team, sales management and support services sales specialists on account planning activity.
- Proactively identifying customer needs/requirements and recommending/quoting appropriate Dell Services.
- Acting as a subject matter expert on all elements of the Services portfolio to support the sales organization to meet and/or exceed their objectives.
- Focusing on delivering a positive customer experience according to Dell standards and ethics through engaging with the customer directly whilst building a relationship.
- Analyze multiple market factors to both anticipate and identify customer problems and needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Graduated less than 12 months ago with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Fluent written and verbal communication in French.
- Good knowledge of IT service offerings.
- Ability to learn and understand product capabilities and competitive differentiators.
- Team player with personal drive and determination to succeed.
