What You Will Do 

As a Learning & Development Intern, you will be responsible for the full spectrum administration and management of learning programs & activities including:

• Consolidate analytical reports, including e-learning and attendance report.
• Update and maintain learning records & schedules.
• Liaise with in-house and/or external facilitators/trainers.
• Coordinate and prepare learning materials.
• Keep track of the learner registration and attendance using our Learning Management System (LMS).
• Provide on-site or virtual support for the L&D programs.
• Provide general learning assistance and support to learners & facilitators/trainers.
• Recommend improvements to further enhance learning experiences.
• Complete any other duties across the Learning and Development Team. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Undergraduates in any discipline, preferably Business Administration or related fields.
• Familiar with MS Excel formulas and basic analytic functions such as Pivot Table.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Mature and team oriented.
• Cautious and attentive to detail.
• Good computer and analytical skills. 

Internship Period:

• 1 June 2022 - 31 May 2023.
• Full-time - Monday to Friday / Part-time - At least 3 full days per week.
