About the internship: 
As an intern you’ll be given the opportunity to learn about our business from different viewpoints, giving you a career advantage from the get-go. Kicking off the internship with a week of training, you’ll learn the skills needed to equip you for your time on the desk.  
Our rotational program allows you the opportunity to discover the depth and breadth of the Fixed Income franchise across Sales, Trading & Structuring desks. Rotations will depend on the needs of our business but you can be sure you'll gain a real understanding of the work we do, adding value and gaining insight along the way.  
Your experience in FIC might include pricing products for traders, preparing financial data analysis, pitching trades to the team, participating in client calls or refining the way we do forecasts.  
In addition, you could be involved in live deals, exploring new private financing & lending opportunities, preparing marketing materials for clients, and reviewing deal pricing and structure comparisons. The possibilities are endless so whichever areas you experience, the internship is an ideal way of finding out whether a career in these businesses meets your needs and aspirations.

Required Skills and Abilities

We’re looking for enthusiastic, driven students with a thirst for knowledge and a desire to problem solve. Strong communication skills and a passion for the world of finance will allow you to thrive in our collocative, fast paced, and innovative teams.  
Our people have degrees in many different disciplines from across the world so even though good levels of numeracy are important for some roles, you don’t necessarily need a formal mathematical or financial background.  
Our extensive training programmes will give you all the technical knowledge you’ll need to build a career with us.

Our Structured Finance experts provide structured risk and non-flow financing solutions for clients across multiple industries and asset classes.
