Your Yellow Journey:
We are inviting you to undergo a 36-month yellow journey in our Operations Division, getting to know the essence of our international express industry. You will be going through a comprehensive and insightful journey which includes but not limited to:
- Orientation & familiarization.
- On-the-job training.
- A series of global training, including leadership competencies.
- Functional rotation.
- Job shadowing.
- Cross-functional projects.
- Coaching & mentoring.
- Other learning and development activities.
Upon completion of the programme, you should be in the capacity of a manager role who equips with solid and holistic ground operations know-how, functional competencies, and embed with the common DNAs of DHL.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Final year university students or recent university graduates in any discipline.
- Passionate in pursuing your career in the Express and logistics industry.
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
- Analytical, innovative, proactive, self-motivated with a high level of agility.
- Good command of English and Cantonese, both spoken and written.
- Willing to work in shifts.
