Energy Business Area is looking to hire an experienced candidate on an Internship basis, initially 6 months which may be extended further as per the requirement. The role will involve working within the Admin team to provide support services to various projects within the ME and Africa market.

You will position yourself for a future career within DNV GL 6 months’ internship (extendable upon mutual agreement).
What You Will Do
- Assisting with Flight / hotel booking
- Assisting with the CV and project references formatting
- Arranging meetings internally and externally, maintain calendar, itinerary
- Payments to check (staff expenses)
- Payment follow up
- Managing Couriers
- Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office
- Perform general clerical duties to include photocopying, faxing, mailing, shredding, scanning and filing
- Maintain hardcopy and electronic filing system
- Login mail, scan and forward to appropriate staff
- Maintain Email files on the DNV GL network drives
- Create labels and file technical dossiers
- Any additional ad-hoc requests
Required Skills and Abilities
- BA in Administration, MBA or any other related field
- Engineering or Economics/Finance and MBA/Msc
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Enthusiastic and positive demeanor - can do attitude
- Can work well individually as well as with teams
- At least 2-3 years’ administrative experience - preferred
