Responsibilities

  • Scale up the process developed by DBC-Shanghai in DZK pilot fermenter, further optimize the process based on the practice of production. 基于DBC的实验室发酵结果,在场地中试平台进行中试放大,验证并进一步优化发酵工艺
  • Evaluate new raw materials for fermentation, especially the organic materials, e.g., yeast extract, soya powder and glucose syrup, provide validation data for QC and production; 对新进发酵原料尤其酵母抽提物、大豆粉及糖浆等有机原料进行评价,为生产和质量提供支持
  • Lead the analysis of production problem happened in fermentation, work together with production engineer to solve the contamination and inconsistency of fermentation 领导发酵生产过程中的问题分析,和生产工程师一起解决染菌以及发酵波动问题
  • Lead to complete new fermentation process, the tests, pilot and production experiments of new product and submit test reports in time. 主导完成发酵新工艺的中试、生产实验,并及时提交实验报告
  • Participate in process determination, investment budget and equipment selection for fermentation process. 参与针对发酵工艺的生产工艺制定、投资预算及设备选型
  • Complete the reports on new fermentation process, yield, cost, raw material, by-product, waste and manpower, etc. 完成生产中发酵工艺对产品的质量、安全、收率、成本、原材料、副产物、废弃物、人工等的分析报告
  • Draft and complete the SOP of new process or product, train related operators and assist the workshop to supervise and manage the execution of SOP before transferring it to extraction process engineers. 起草并完善新工艺或新产品的标准操作程序,培训相关操作人员,在转交给车间发酵工程师之前,协助车间监督管理标准操作的执行情况
  • Transfer the complete operation method (process package) of new process (product) to production fermentation engineer after development. 完成开发后,将完整的新工艺(新产品)操作方法(工艺包)转交给发酵车间工艺工程师
  • Assist to complete the PFD and P&ID of fermentation workshop area. 协助完善发酵车间区域的工艺流程图(PFD)、工艺和设备流程图(P&ID)
  • Participate in related technology information discussion and implementation of external resources in fermentation area. 参与外部资源在发酵区域的相关技术信息讨论及实施
  • Participate and lead the launch of related good manufacturing process in fermentation area. 参与并主导相关绩优制造程序在发酵区域的开展
  • Other assignment related with fermentation process and technology. 其他与发酵工艺、技术相关的工作委派

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Master in fermentation, bio-chemistry, bio-engineering 发酵工程,生物化工,生物工程硕士以上
  • Managerial and social knowledge 管理和社会知识: Good information research and collecting skills 良好的信息搜索收集技能; Good trial design and operating skills 良好的实验设计和操作技能; Advisory skills 咨询技能
  • Computer Skill: 计算机技能: Be familiar with Word, Excel, PPT.,
  • English Skill:英语技能: Good oral and Writing 良好的口语和写作能力
  • Basic knowledge and experience in fermentation development. .在发酵工艺研发方面有基本的知识和经验。
  • Experience in statistical techniques 在数据统计及分析技术方面有经验
  • Knowledge of and experience in other relevant disciplines在其它相关学科方面有一定的知识和经验
  • Broad knowledge of related manufacturing disciplines,在有关的制造工程上有较宽的知识面
