What You Will Do
- Technical Support services - Data Centre operations and service provisioning.
- Manage MMR expansion projects.
- Manage multiple concurrent interdisciplinary projects.
- Customer connectivity service, including circuit testing and labelling.
- Cross connect related audit duties, record validation & housekeeping work.
- Local networking devices (Cisco / Juniper / Brocade / H3C).
- Incident handling, problem troubleshooting and reporting.
- Pre-sales support to Sales and Customer Service team.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Higher Diploma graduated in CDC / T&N or other I.T. program.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, customer-oriented attitude.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
