Our Exciting Opportunity:

We are looking for an Integration Engineer to join us in Singapore. You will be responsible for analyzing, preparing, implementing, and verifying the configuration and integration of a node, network and/or system.

Your scope of work will include the scenarios of introduction, upgrade expansion, functionality, and capacity. 

What You Will Do

• Perform trouble shooting and customer support activities.
• Suggest equipment and solutions to technical network problems, to improve customers’ business needs.
• Carryout business correspondence with customers on projects.
• Coordinate customer meetings and individual presentations for the communication systems.
• Prepare reports and presentations to both internal management and customers.
• Provide mentoring to less experienced members of the team.
• Work on client requests for support in terms of troubleshooting issues, sudden changes, maintenance, and repair issues.
• Actively participate in reporting and supervising telephony systems, network nodes, and other associated voice equipment. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• You are a recent graduate of 2020 / 2021.
• Exposure to system testing and integration experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer/ electrical engineering.
• Possession of outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as having strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated individual, with phenomenal confidence working with diverse partner groups.
• Demonstrated proficiencies to write technical specifications for data extraction and good quality of briefing.
• Solid understanding and experience in testing intricate systems configuration, and in integrating software and communications protocols involving non-real time settings into system.
• Experience working on telecommunication systems integration will be an added advantage.
• Possess the ability to communicate effectively in English language.
