We are seeking an entrepreneurial Commercial Intern who will be responsible for supporting growth and pricing projects.

He/She will assist the Lead Commercial Analyst to support category understanding, consumer behavior understanding, and profitability improvement projects. 

What You Will Do 

• Conduct thorough, insightful and skillfully presented deep-dives into specific business topics and trends.
• Work closely with the pandamart team to understand business challenges and recommend solutions across the complex range of products and categories.
• Develop accessible, creative and engaging data visualization to facilitate access to insights.
• Analyze the data, create hypotheses, run experiments & prove the customer value as recommendations to the company.
• Monitor performance and effectiveness of pricing initiatives. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Able to commit for at least 6 months.
• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree ideally in Data Analytics, but also retail, business, or related.
• Ability to manage complexity and be comfortable with ambiguity.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and hands on attitude are a must.
• Experienced with SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
