A Connection Coordinator or “buddy” is assigned to each new starter and will help ease your transition by answering questions we know you’ll have as you settle in to FTI.

Young Professional Network
Through our Young Professional Network, Directors and below are given the opportunity to participate in and arrange various marketing events throughout the year to expand their contact base and build necessary networking skills.
Employee Referral scheme
Employees are encouraged to refer suitable candidates to Human Resources for consideration in respect of open positions. If a referred candidate is successfully employed by FTI Consulting, the referrer may be eligible for a ‘referral fee’.
Social committees in each office arrange many exciting activities such as Pub Quiz nights, cinema trips and bowling, to name a few! They are a great opportunity for teambuilding and getting to know your colleagues. At FTI we work hard and play hard too.
Career development & Training Opportunities
We support an atmosphere of continuous learning at FTI Consulting and have a number of career development opportunities to help you transition from university to career. Our online Learning Management System, with over 1500 free courses will allow you to access our curriculum, learning paths and other career development tools at your own pace. We also offer various training sessions throughout the year.
FTI Consulting offers financial support to complete professional qualifications including external coaching and study/ exam leave.
