The Fulton Hogan story
In 1933, Jules Fulton and Bob Hogan teamed up to form Fulton Hogan. From there, we’ve grown to almost 8000 people. A family of real people dedicated to doing good work that connects and cares for communities across New Zealand, Australia and the South Pacific.

The recruitment process
Fulton Hogan recruits multi-disciplinary graduates for our Australian Graduate Leadership Programme.
Applicants are expected to demonstrate a good attitude, strong leadership qualities and the resilience required to thrive in a high-pressure job. You also need to be prepared to work in remote locations.
The first stage of the graduate recruitment process involves submitting your application online. If you make the shortlist, you’ll then be invited to complete a personality profile, and a video interview. If you are successful through this stage you will then be invited to the Fulton Hogan offices to partake in an assessment centre. The final stage involves being invited to a Fulton Hogan office to attend a face to face interview with our managers. The interview will go for 45 minutes and revolve around behavioural-based questions.
If you receive a job offer, you’ll begin your program by participating in a structured induction process and meeting your new colleagues. The program is 18 months long. It comprises rotations that will develop your key competencies.
