What You Will Do

  • Provide support for talent acquisition function on administration, operation and projects.
  • Manage background checking process for all levels of hiring.
  • Process HR information system data input, update and documents upload.
  • Handle HR administrative tasks, e.g., probation confirmation, maintain licenses record for staff, etc.
  • Administer visa application and visa renewal.
  • Support in digitalization projects to streamline the processes and enhance candidate's experience.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as required. 

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome.
  • Strong digital skill and mindset.
  • Fluent Cantonese and English.
  • Good communication skills, able to work with different levels of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • A good team player, independent and proactive with a strong sense of responsibility and learning agility.
