What You Will Do

  • Support the talent development and engagement team in execution of learning and talent development activities, people engagement related events, administrative tasks and ad-hoc assignment/projects.
  • Provide logistical and coordination support to talent development and engagement teams.
  • Draft and collate program communications.
  • Provide on-site program support which including venue booking, coordination with external vendors, attendance monitoring, equipment set-up, materials preparation & distribution, etc.
  • Maintain accurate event or training related records, including but not limited to event contracts, training calendar, enrolment tracking, sign-in logs, training report and evaluation summaries, etc.
  • Process and administer learning records and related information on HR learning management system.
  • Manage RTTP application and LOMA examination related administrative tasks.
  • Handle other talent development and engagement activities as needed. 

Required Skills and Abilities

  • University students in any discipline are welcome.
  • Good communication skills, able to work with different stakeholders and a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous event coordination and planning experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A good team player, independent and proactive with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Good command of both English and Chinese.
  • Interest in gaining practical work experience from Insurance or financial industry.
  • Immediate availability & available to work on 2 or 2.5-days basis each week is preferred.
