The Programme

Role Summary

An internship entry-level position. The individual will be responsible for supporting the planning and implementation of regional and local programs, as well as post programs operations analysis.

During this internship, you will be able to:

  • Build and grow skill-sets and experience in a B2B marketing environment
  • Good exposure for multinational corporation
  • Learn dynamic communication skills

Candidate must be able to commit to the internship period of Jul '19 - Dec '19.

What you will do

Essential Responsibilities

  • Work closely with all regional stakeholders (commercial, modality and marketing communications, external vendor, etc) to track, formulate, analyze and tabulate measurable results of ASEAN marketing programs
  • Maintain monthly marketing program report and performance for ASEAN/Asia
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date GEHC brand guides in all go-to-market event marketing materials
  • Assist in screening of phone calls made by telemarketers on activity basis
  • Liaise through phone call, IM, email and/or F2F meeting with various regional stakeholders to coordinate marketing programs from planning to on-the-ground execution
  • Providing administrative support to raise internal Purchase Order and Event operations support whenever necessary
  • Brainstorm and execute digital wrap ideas for physical marketing programs
  • Coordinate with marketing suppliers on quality deliverables

Required Skills and Abilities


  • Undergraduates in any discipline are welcomed to apply, although Integrated Marketing/ Communications/ Hospitality Business would be preferred
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, efficient time management, flexible and able to prioritize under deadlines
  • Self-motivated and self-driven, independent and willing to learn
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Possess strong problem solving skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Familiar with image editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop)
  • Experience in any of event management tool (ie: event) and equip basic knowledge of CRM systems
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
  • You should be able to commit at least three working days per week but full-time is also appreciated
