The Programme

  • Screen and identify relevant business opportunities (i.e. Government tenders) that are published on e-procurement portals
  • Coordinate identified business opportunities with business teams, including tracking of actions plans
  • Record and catalogue information and supporting documents for identified business opportunities
  • Plan and manage tender submissions with business teams
  • Track and record tender outcomes
  • Consolidate data and compile periodic reports on identified opportunities and tender outcomes
  • Support analysis of compiled data

Requires Skills and Abilities

  • Diploma / degree in business administration
  • Preferably 1 - 2 years of work experience, fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn will be considered
  • Meticulous and responsible
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
