Sales Operation Specialist - CPD
The Programme
Handle the administrative follow-up, organization and preparation of the elements required by the Administration to drive sales (monthly ending, sales targets, sales territories, information systems etc.).
What You Will Do
- Feed into and steer the sales force information systems.
- Collect, restore the information entered by the sales force.
- Provide the necessary follow-up and information for the organization of business meetings.
- Generate sales reports on sell-out and other closing related KPIs (daily/weekly/monthly/annual).
- Collect & analyze sell-in/sell-out data.
- Report to the commercial director, ensure Division business building accuracy by following and challenging KAMs sales monthly forecasts, on baseline promotions and launches.
- Aggregate the total sales forecasts in units and consolidated sales, then analyze all available facts and figures to identify potential gaps.
- Communicate objective feedback, propose adjustment to key stakeholders (GM, Sales, Demand Planner, finance) and validate the sales forecasts.
Required Skills and Abilities
- University graduate.
- 0 ~ 2 years.
- Sales admin/operation related experience & Business planning experience is a plus.
- FMCG preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Management of time is essential to ensure work is completed within the required timeline.
- Fluent in both spoken and written Korean & English.
- Good command of MS Excel, MS PPT.
