Internship Commitment - July 2022 – early/mid-January 2023 (6 months).

What You Will Do 

  • Support the supply chain & operation performance teams in terms of procurement & forecast.
  • Run ad-hoc and publish recurrent Supply Chain reports aiming to improve stock replenishment and turnover risks.
  • Propose and implement automation in Supply Chain Data collection and analysis. 
  • Responsible for managing quarterly communication on inventory status linked to Marketing and Merchandising inventory / usage to improve stock rotation.
  • Lead donation process with different internal and external partners (e.g., liaise with corporate communications team to prepare ‘goodie bags and distribution lists). 

Required Skills and Abilities 

  • Proactive, agile, and well-organized with autonomy to manage complex projects tasks.
  • Data-driven, numerate, and detail-oriented with advanced analytical skill.
  • Clear and structured communication, strong presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines while being a team player.
  • Proficient understanding of Microsoft Suite, especially an advanced understanding of Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and PowerPoint.
  • Passionate in joining FMCG & beauty industries is a plus.
