The Programme

Starting in the beginning of September 2019 for 6 months

Lufthansa Group Airlines offers students (m/f) the chance to experience a dynamic working environment during an internship at the Asia-Pacific headquarters in Singapore, SG. The intern (m/f) will be fully integrated into the team whilst working on his/her own projects as well as supporting the daily business. We are looking for motivated and proactive students (m/f) who use their knowledge to support us.

What you will do

As part of the Regional Sales Products & Programs Team Asia Pacific, your tasks may include the following:

  • Active participation in developing new corporate sales channel, especially LinkedIn
  • Support initiatives to drive adoption of Sales Products and Programs within local markets
  • Support to the marketing communication team within the Regional Management Asia Pacific
  • Support to briefing, reporting and analysis of B2B campaigns
  • Prepare and develop standard reports and analyses
  • Support to development of service processes
  • Close coordination and cooperation with representatives from the Asia Pacific markets
  • Gain insights into the Asian aviation market and different departments within Lufthansa Group Airlines
  • Support ad-hoc projects and organisational duties as needed

Required Skills and Abilities

Your profile

  • At the date of your internship you have completed the 2nd semester of your study program in business administration
  • Enrolled during the whole period of the internship (please attach the current certificate of enrollment) or internship between Bachelor and Master studies (Gap-Year)
  • Advanced students in business administration or related studies with strong academic performance
  • Fluent in English, other foreign languages of advantage
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office applications, excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Very good interpersonal and cooperative skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure with a high degree of accuracy and organisation
  • Concentrated and keen perception
  • Quick adjustment to new tasks and situations
  • Creative and conceptual mindset
  • Team spirit, strong motivation and international thinking
  • Open-minded, in touch with current e-commerce innovations
  • Must fulfil all criteria to obtain a WHP (Work Holiday Pass) visa for Singapore
