Marketing Project Assistant

What You Will Do 

• Asian MenuCard Master Item Specification & Timeline Management. 
• Participate in project meetings  with China,  Egypt and European teams to assist with CBU BMs' materials/Follow-up. 
• Asian Menu Card Final PPT/pdf Data Delivery. 
• Menu Card Project Communication & Meeting Scheduling in Markets in 7 Asian Countries. 
• Drafting  monthly project tracking materials for the Asian leadership team. 
• Collaborating with brand managers in Korea/Taiwan/Malaysia to draft  Asian artwork scoops and briefs. 
• Input delivery to Asian artwork agencies. 
• Request updated artwork to be reviewed by SRA/R&D/Supply. 
• Forward the inspected artwork to the sourcing site, and forward a modification request if additional needs are needed. 
• Menu card item code application and tracking via SAP  system. 
• Check artwork and item code matches 
• Track the number of items, sales, margins, and listing blood compared to the real thing.
• Collaborate with Supply, Activity Manager, and Finance to  update your  tracker  

Required Skills and Abilities 

• College graduate or higher. 
• Fluent in English (Speaking and Writing). 
• TOEIC 900 or higher, English writing and speaking test at the time of  the interview. 
• Preferred Language: Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese. 
• Proficiency in Excel is required (there is a test at the time of the interview). 
• A  meticulous person in the work of inspection and numerical review. 
• Who can produce the results. 
• Who understands the entire process and  can plan  the  required tasks for each task. 
• Those who can set priorities  and urgently request a manager  if a reset is needed. 
• A person who  can communicate  smoothly and clearly in English with multinational teams 
• Attitude to collaborate with the team  and  the ability to respond quickly when questions/problems arise. 
• Marketing work experience preferential treatment in consumer goods companies.
