What You Will Do
- Develop client pitch books.
- Prepare presentation materials.
- Construct and maintain financial models (DCF).
- Conduct valuation analysis (trading and transaction comps, discounted cash flow analysis).
- Conduct market / industry research as required for marketing and deal execution.
- Assist to prepare other transaction regulatory and marketing materials, such as prospectus documents, teasers, information memorandums, etc.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Masters/University Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English while fluency in written and verbal Mandarin would be an advantage.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical ability.
- Team player and a self-starter.
- Strong Microsoft office skills (PowerPoint / Excel).
- Well-developed organizational skills.
- Creative and strong willingness to learn.
