During the 2-year programme you will undertake rotations in your home country (Korea), in our corporate or regional headquarters in Denmark and Zurich, and in one of our business regions or global affiliates. You will work as a fully-fledged member of the team and learn competencies relevant to the rotation.
Throughout the Business graduate program, you will receive training and gain knowledge and invaluable international experience leading to both professional and personal development. Required Skills and Abilities
- Recent Master’s degree.
- Above average academic achievements.
- Relevant work experience or extracurricular activities obtained next to your studies (max. 1 year after studies).
- International experience, for example from studying a full semester abroad, working or volunteering.
- Team-player attitude, excellent communication skills, high drive and an eagerness to learn.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
