Role Description:

The Finance Analyst is responsible for preparing financial analysis and management reporting on Operations & Technology financials. He/She will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand and analyze cost drivers in Operations and Technology. To work with respective Operations units on refining unit costing parameters. 

What You Will Do

  • Prepare periodic variance analysis report on Operations & Technology costing.
  • Work with the department coordinators to substantiate variances between actual and budgeted. 
  • Understand and explore ways for improvement of cost allocation.
  • Work with Operations departments on changes to unit costing template.
  • Data analytic to understand cost driver.
  • Maintain and update databases. 


  • Gain understanding of various cost recovery mechanisms practiced in the organization. 
  • Data manipulation and management using Excel. 
  • Data analysis to identify cost driver trends.
  • Gain understanding of unit costing methodology. 

Required Skills and Abilities

This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals. Graduates interested in this position should preferably possess at least a degree. Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
