Role Description: 

This position reports to the Regional Central Procurement Office Head (CPO)/ or CPO Head and interfaces with various stakeholders within OCBC O&T and other BUs across OCBC Limited on purchase to pay (P2P) system. They will work closely with internal stakeholders within Procurement, Finance, Risk, IT and Non-IT departments, as well as external vendors on the successful rollout of P2P system.

They will work closely with internal stakeholders within Procurement, Finance, Risk, IT and Non-IT departments, as well as external vendors to deliver the desired outcome.

  • Successful implementation of system.
  • Maintenance of P2P system to update/ amend/ maintain for functional and configurations of system. 

What You Will Do

System Implementation:

  • Knowledge on system governance - roles and responsibilities of various parties. 
  • Create FAQ. 
  • Create Training Materials for ongoing training of new users.  

System Management:

  • Create and assign roles, maintain IDs.
  • Perform setup tasks such as roles, templates.
  • Maintain system content.
  • Set up e-bidding events.   

Required Skills and Abilities

This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals. Graduates interested in this position should preferably possess at least a degree. Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
