OMF Trainee Team Leader - Client Services & Operations & Administration

The Programme

Accountable to actively drive their own development in the field of management in order to take up the role of Team Leader post the completion of a formalised program or scheme. Develops in the field of technical competencies related to management (budgets, audits, staff management, process flow etc.). 

Development of behavioural competencies related to people, process and client management. Acts as a Team Leader (when required to do so). Performs function, as required by the mentor, in line with the aims of the program / scheme.

What You Will Do

Self Development:

  • Actively drives own development in the field of management in order to take up the role of Team Leader post the completion of a formalised program or scheme.
  • Develops in the field of technical competencies related to management (budgets, audits, staff management, process flow etc.).
  • Develops behavioural competencies related to people, process and client management.

Team Effectiveness:

  • Individually accountable for customer/client service delivery through efforts of others, for periods of up to 3 months.
  • Accountable for others' time, task and output quality, for periods of up to 3 months.
  • Balances own priorities with directing and motivating others.
  • Plans and assigns work over the applicable period.
  • Guides and directs staff to achieve operational excellence standards.
