  • Timely communicate with customers by e-mails to resolve queries on Bill of Ladings
  • Handle advance manifest submission and resolve the issues for Customs
  • Assist Virtual Documentation Center to complete B/L and issue final to customers
  • Input and update UCR (Unique Consignment Reference) on time for export customs clearance

Required Skills and Abilities

  • College graduate or above
  • Hard Working, team work spirit, mature, open-minded, customer-driven
  • Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure
  • CET 6 is the minimum
  • Good in both oral and written English
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft applications
