The Professional WIL Placement (Internship) Program specialising in HR has been designed to help you successfully bridge the gap between study and professional employment in the HR field. Through the program you will have the opportunity to;

During the program you will work towards and be assessed for the nationally recognised unit of competency BSBIND201 Work effectively in a business environment.

During our placement matching process we work with you to understand your career aspirations and training needs, and take these into consideration along with your specific area of expertise, relevant experience, learning objectives, and location. COMPANY DESCRIPTION: A leading edge technology provider to the global construction industry.

ABOUT YOU: You are a dynamic HR graduate who has a passion for learning and development. You thrive on working with people and are personable, innovative and extremely motivated. You are an excellent communicator and problem solver, and proficient in the Microsoft suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.

LEARNING OUTCOME: In addition to the specified learning outcomes of the program you will be exposed to a wide range of HR functions. These include employee relations – HR on and off boarding, exit interview processes, internal process reviews, ISR coordination and intranet HR policy updates; Workplace Health and Safety – WHS information, compliance and legislation, and ergonomics assessment; and Training and Development – coordination of training sessions, and engagement surveys and reporting.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION: A multinational performance nutrition group manufacturing and selling nutritional ingredient solutions to various industries, with over 5,000 employees worldwide.

ABOUT YOU: You are degree qualified in HR and have a process driven approach when completing tasks. You are passionate about sports, health and fitness, and enjoy being part of a team who shares similar values. You have a basic understanding of Australian workplace legislation and are interested in best practice recruitment processes. You demonstrate strong attention to detail and enjoy the challenge of aiming for quality outcomes within tight deadlines.

LEARNING OUTCOME: In addition to the specified learning outcomes of the program you will assist the HR team with end-to-end recruitment across Australia, HR administration and documentation, and you will learn HR best practices methodology. You will develop an understanding of what it is like to contribute within a team of high performing professionals and make your mark in a global company. You will participate in developing in-house health and wellbeing initiatives while also being exposed to payroll administration.
