What you will do


P&G's internship programme gives you ownership of key commercial projects linked to the goals of the sales & market strategy team. Interns will acquire knowledge of sales concepts, product branding and go-to-market strategies & tools that drive sales effectiveness in the B2B space of the chemical (oleo) industry. The internship provides practical on the job learning, like any full time employee at P&G, with the assignments requiring you to acquaint oneself with the inner workings of our commercial organization. Intern’s job scope will link directly with P&G Chemical’s business goals. You will sell and strongly collaborate with multi-functional teams to optimise results. The internship empowers you to develop competencies such as business insight, crafting tailored value & benefits, building customer credibility & persuasion along with leadership, operational excellence & agility. The internship program enables you to understand and lead your key deliverables from day one itself. You are given access to resources and support to deliver on the expectations, work under the direction of a Regional Sales or Market Strategy Manager and have a mentor or buddy for help along the way. Additional mentorship and feedback will be provided by the line manager to help you learn, grow, and develop your skills.

Required Skills and Abilities


A very basic understanding of chemistry is helpful, as the intern will be developing B2B business for oleo chemicals like fatty alcohols, methyl esters and glycerin which find applicability in a wide range of industries spanning from personal care, pharma & food to agriculture, lubricants & plasticizers.

  • You are a penultimate year student
