The Programme

In this Role, You have the Opportunity to:

Contribute to the rapidly growing Project Management team in Philips Korea and gain administrative experience while you support the current Customer Project Manager.

You will be working with the CPM by managing A&T (Accessories & Turnkey) delivery of 3rd part items and supporting the PMO (Project Management Officer) with the goal of enhancing the administrative process behind project management.

Working alongside our colleagues, you will be exposed to a fast paced, yet rewarding environment. 

You are a part of:

Philips Korea Health Systems Operations team and you will collaborate closely with the Project Manager on coordination, communication, and reporting activities related to data management. You will report to the CPM (Customer Project Manager) and work with the team to strive for a more efficient project management process.

What You Will Do

  • Primarily supporting Accessories & Turnkey delivery management and Project Management Officer support, e.g., PO management, Finance & Accounting Invoice receipt form submission, communication with supplier, Insurance registration for site working, maintain project management tool, etc.).
  • Supporting data management services, e.g., data cleansing activities to meet data quality KPIs.
  • Supporting data migration activities according to the overall project.
  • Monitoring Data Quality KPIs (Key Performance Index).
  • Support the Project Manager on coordination, communication and reporting on data management related activities. 

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Currently pursuing a diploma study or undergraduate degree in a related field such as Electrical or Computer Engineering.
  • Data or Information management experience, e.g., using analytics and standard tools.
  • Data mining experience preferred, e.g., ability to mine raw data files for detecting abnormalities or insights.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
