What You Will Do

This internship will be working with our Global Customer Success TEAM.

  • Automation of activation notifications to buyers and User acceptance testing for new releases.
  • Collaborative preparation of materials for client meetings including Program Design, Procurement Training, and Commercial Outreach sessions.
  • Analysis and tracking of program implementation milestones using Salesforce.com and Excel (as necessary).
  • Update status and key data related to supplier records in SF.
  • Cross reference periodic reports provided by clients with PrimeRevenue system data.

Required Sills and Abilities

  • Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor’s (undergraduate) degree.
  • Must have internet access.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, other languages a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other technology a plus.
