The Programme 

Our PSG Graduate programme aims to create a pipeline of new talent within the financial services industry. The programme offers graduates an opportunity to gain on-the-job practical workplace experience while providing on-going support and training.

Required Skills and Abilities 

• BSc Data Science (Comp Science and Statistics). 
• Good academic average not below 65%. 
• South African citizens. 
• Good understanding of working with data using SQL and visualisation tools such as PowerBI. 
• Problem solving skills and solution orientated. 
• Good understanding of programming logic in order to build and debug solutions and process hosted in cloud (ex. Azure logic apps). 
• Experience working with programming language such as C# and Java. 
• Resilient and able to work under pressure. 
• Analytical and be delivery focused. 
• Good communication skills both writing and verbally. 
• Desire to self-improve not only technical but also improve on interpersonal skills.
