This opportunity is for students available for a full-time internship from July - December 2022 only. 

Application period - 05 May 2022 – 10 June 2022. 

Reporting to the ASEAN FP&A Manager, you will play a crucial role in the smooth running of our business.

In this role, you will provide the financial data we depend on to make critical choices and ensure the integrity and accuracy of reporting. You will support our planning cycle and collaborate with other finance teams. As a bright fresh mind, you will independently manage compliance and control projects. Ultimately, your analysis will provide the insights that allow us to grow our business and manage our costs. 

What You Will Do 

  • Monthly reporting and analysis of ASEAN D2C and eCommerce functions.
  • Process automation and simplification.
  • Participate in the forecasting and budgeting process.
  • Partner with ASEAN D2C and eCommerce team to create an insightful dashboard with excel and Power BI. 
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

Requirements: 

  • Recognized Degree in Finance or Accounting, CA/ ACCA or equivalent.
  • Fresh MBA / CA / CPA / Bachelor’s degree with Accountancy. 
  • Prior experience managing an eCommerce Finance portfolio will be advantageous. 
  • Prior experience of Internship within a multinational environment/ FMCG industry preferred.
  • Microsoft Office literacy essential (strong excel skills in data compilation and aggregation, e.g., sumifs, indirect function, pivot table, v/h lookup, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SAP, BPC, JDE, HFM, Fusion, Cognos knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • General system fluency; willingness to partner with IT team on upgrades, change requests.
