What You Will Do
Support implementation of projects such as Crew and SEA CRC transformation.
Support CRC service level improvement:
- Supporting on live chat service.
- Supporting on sending service kit / catalogues to clients.
- Supporting on replying generic / product emails to clients depending on traffic.
Support phones sales related process:
- KPI report preparation.
- Ad-hoc duties arising from foreseeable outbound campaign.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Undergraduate from any disciplines.
- Passionate about call center work.
- Hands on Microsoft Office Skills.
- A team player with strong communication skills and excellent command of English and Chinese.
