What You Will Do

Support implementation of projects such as Crew and SEA CRC transformation.

Support CRC service level improvement:

  • Supporting on live chat service.
  • Supporting on sending service kit / catalogues to clients.
  • Supporting on replying generic / product emails to clients depending on traffic.

Support phones sales related process:

  • KPI report preparation.
  • Ad-hoc duties arising from foreseeable outbound campaign. 

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Undergraduate from any disciplines.
  • Passionate about call center work.
  • Hands on Microsoft Office Skills.
  • A team player with strong communication skills and excellent command of English and Chinese.
