To provide general Customer Engagement administrative support to the department so as to ensure that service delivery is optimized. 

What You Will Do

  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Engagement department as required.
  • Adhere to service standards and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Optimize own performance within the team. 

Required Skills and Abilities

  • B Degree or National Diploma in Business Management or a related field.
  • Relevant IT proficiency (MS Office suite, Internet etc.).
