To provide general Marketing administrative support to the department so as to ensure that service delivery is optimized.
What You Will Do
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing department as and when required.
- Co-ordinate and provide logistical support for activities within the Marketing department, especially social media.
- Adhere to service standards and deliver excellent customer service.
- Optimize own performance within the team. Understanding of Social and digital reporting and feedback.
Required Skills and Abilities
- B-Degree or National Diploma in Communication, Marketing, Business Management, Public Relations or a related field.
- Relevant IT proficiency (MS Office suite, Internet, use of MacOs, Social Media, etc.).
- Willingness to learn (social media processes and other related on-the-job training).
- Display understanding of social media and digital media platforms.
