To provide general Marketing administrative support to the department so as to ensure that service delivery is optimized.
What You Will Do
- Provide administrative support to the Sales department as and when required.
- Co-ordinate and provide logistical support for activities within the Sales department, especially social media.
- Adhere to service standards and deliver excellent customer service.
- Optimize own performance within the team.
Required Skills and Abilities
- B-Degree or National Diploma in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
- Relevant IT proficiency (MS Office suite, Internet.).
- Willingness to learn (in-house systems and other related on-the-job training).
- Display understanding of Sales and Marketing concepts.
