The Channels and Alliances Program and Operations team is a high-performance team chartered with assisting the SVP and Theater VPs of the WW Alliances & Go To Market Innovation Business Unit in driving the business forward. This involves providing a mix of sound strategic advice combined with practical operational insight and support. We work on the most pressing issues for the business and we have very hands on involvement in making the fast-paced BU a success. The pace and environment feels more like a start-up than a big corporation. 

The background of the team includes a mix of top tier strategic consulting (Bain, BCG, etc), financial institutions, strong operational experience in both large blue-chip companies as well as cool start-ups and deep knowledge of the Enterprise Business Partner Ecosystem (SIs, VARs, etc)

What You Will Do 

The individual in this role will share responsibility for driving the continued success of MuleSoft by supporting our partner growth strategy. 

Examples projects you will work on range from the very strategic to the very operational: evaluate market opportunity in foreign countries, growth strategy, business planning, sales pipeline analysis, regular performance review and the regular tackle and blocking of sales. 

Deliverables range from robust analytic models, custom performance analysis, scalable reporting infrastructure, and the packaging of findings into presentation-ready content for MuleSoft Field executives. The candidate will interact with various areas of the organization and get good exposure to very senior executives. 

The successful candidate will have a relentless curiosity, and possess a passion for creating innovative analysis to identify opportunities. Moreover, he/she will excel at developing recommendations that transcend the numbers. Ideally, this person will have worked at a top-tier management consultancy, an investment bank, or acted in a similar capacity, and will feel comfortable interacting with high level management on a regular basis. 

  • Design and interpret key performance metrics, including sales pipeline 
  • Lead ongoing analysis of business performance to support daily operations 
  • Assist in developing and delivering presentations for senior executive 
  • Support strategic initiatives including fixing weak businesses and investing in emerging market 
  • Prepare analysis and recommendations for strategic decision making

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Must be currently pursuing an undergraduate or Master's degree. 
  • Strong presentation skills, especially related to building compelling PowerPoint presentations 
  • Exceptional data analysis and problem solving skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems and analyse data to develop solutions"  
  • Creativity in developing actionable recommendations for presentation to senior management 
  • Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand 
  • Ability to succeed in a collaborative, start-up paced environment 
  • Previous internship experience in consulting or finance is a plus.
