What You Will Do 

  • Operational tasks to maintain a high level of business impact (Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), Pipeline Generation, Deal Progression) of our Partner Sales team 
  • Identify recurring business and technical gaps affiliated with Partner enablement; work with internal stakeholders to develop strategies and initiatives to drive recurring usage of our Partner Community; facilitate prioritization and trade off discussions across initiatives 
  • Frequently communicate with stakeholders, providing key leaders with success metrics that illustrate the effectiveness of programs and investments 
  • Produce results independently as well as collaboratively depending on the project
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reporting to drive KPI's and important metrics of the business  

Required Skills and Abilities 

  • Must hold an undergraduate degree or graduating in 2022. 
  • Passion and commitment for Partner success 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Eager to learn and enjoy an ever changing environment 
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment 
  • Disciplined and demonstrates excellent time management skills 
  • Self-motivated, a good communicator, and able to balance great design with ambiguity and short deadlines 
  • Experience using analytics, user research and other insight to push product and content direction 
  • Working knowledge of modern web technologies and cloud computing - Salesforce experience is a plus 
  • A deep appreciation and talent for simple solutions to complex problems
